Urban Assets with
Social Purpose
From activating youth entrepreneurship at 27 Boxes in Johannesburg to stabilising distressed housing portfolios, our work blends commercial discipline with measurable social impact. We have expanded community-facing spaces into platforms for creative incubation, fundraising, and youth development - including the launch of the Emerging Developers Incubator in partnership with National Housing Finance Corporation, supporting the next generation of sector participants. Our social impact collaborations with CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa, Johannesburg Chold Welfare (JCW) and Molosongololo further extend this commitment, enabling structured support for vulnerable youth and awareness-driven initiatives. Through disciplined asset turnaround and urban regeneration interventions, we restore stability, dignity, and long-term viability in environments where strong governance and community-centred execution are critical.
